Fernando Olaso

Fernando co-founded Altamar RE in 2006, where he has led more than €2bn of direct and indirect investments. He is the Chairman of several Socimis and investment vehicles including, among others, Wellness Resorts, Elix Residential Housing II, Terra Residencial Ibérica II. Prior to that Fernando was a partner at Capital Alianza, a mid-market PE firm and an associate at UBS M&A team in London. Fernando graduated in business administration from Boston U. and received a MBA from Columbia U.
